To prove it, he has replaced all the professional chefs in his new restaurant with passionate and willing amateurs eager to live up to the task of cooking a three-course meal for 50 diners. With Ramsay's reputation on the line and diners who will only pay if they think the food is worth it, the amateur chefs had better cut the mustard and get the job done right or they will wish that they were the ones on the slab!
