Deep in the Amazon jungle a pharmaceutical team searches for the chemical secret to extending life. But when a violent storm forces a crash landing on their helicopter, the exploration team and their guide (Stephan Baldwin) encounters a terror unknown to modern man, a terror which not only decimates their team, but has also left a trail of carnage in its path.
